We are currently looking for a site (ideally within the Tendring District or South Suffolk) in which to operate an obstacle course race circuit and outdoor fitness sessions. This business will have numerous strands (events, clubs/classes, merchandise, food, drink etc) targeting serious OCR runners, corporates, schools and general public (all ages) - running day to day events/activities as well as larger OCR events.
For the larger OCR events, we would ideally like the option of plotting a course (several km) predominantly around the land (in a way that wouldn't intrude on the wellbeing and operation of the farm). Woodland and/or water features would be beneficial but not essential.
With regards to rent/lease/profit share, we would be happy to discuss any options.
My colleague Stephen currently operates a company providing various indoor and outdoor activities for children and I am a freelance personal trainer/fitness professional.
