What’s your plan. I am in isolation but still lambing sheep with wife and daughter who have also isolated. The advise says stay indoors with window open
The texts aren't individually sent, but on the basis of medical history. Most people won't be on a farm, so the advice given is probably best for most, but not for you. If you're really concerned, e-mail your GP.

I self isolated for seven days (over Thursday) because I had the symptoms or a cold so off work and at home, the trouble is we will never know if it was just the cold or not, Mrs is isolating for 14 days just in case.
Living where we do its not possible to isolate for a long time as there are no delivery's, I suppose it depends on each persons circumstances and health issues.

The simple 'stay at home' with the coronovirus link. Gov one is supposed to be sent to everyone I think, Prince Pooper got his this morning and me this afternoon, we are on different networks. I think the Govt provided the text to phone providers to roll out across their entire networks.

The 2m people at highest risk due to health conditions or medication will be contacted by text or letter and this is supposed to be this week, but I suspect more piecemeal, some will come from GP assessment and some from consultants, as everyone's situation different.

I’ve a work phone and a personal one, only came thru on personal number. I assume because that’s what the doctors had as my contact number.

don’t think I’m vulnerable, not bothered them through illness ever, just silly work related injuries......oh, er....I see.
