TFF call centre???

Mate , just got a call on the phone from the UK which left me perplexed, so given the so few UK based organisations that I'm evenly remotely connected to gave arise to the fact that maybe it was a cold call from the TFF call centre if such a thing exists.
The politely spoken person sounded like they had a non British accent and the number calling is +447537197136, so where in the UK is this???
Before I had the chance of a suitable reply they rudely and inconveniently hung up.
I'm now at a loss as to the reality that they may have wanted to give me money or discounted professional services....
Any clarification would be appreciated.

seems Stour Marine is a genuine operator but scammers are using technology ( which they widely use) to list this number as the originator of the call.
