At least it looks like somebody is telling them straight. No words minced there.

I've recently thought a little about farmer representation, and how government automatically looks to NFU.

Probably achievable to represent more numbers than NFU, and become the leading ag voice. I digress.

Back to thread topic. Wonder who it is?

Are they going to say anything about RT? (sorry, my pet subject)

a decision so important should not be made by a handful of unelected people

surely the single most important and non reversible change to agriculture in mankind's history shouldn't be decided by an unelected committee

anyone disagree with that ? or is it all a bit too democratic !!

however I still resent the idea of an unelected committee making such big decisions on what horse to back without asking their paying membership what they want first

sounds like this unelected executive need exposing by officers and holding to account by members ?

@Clive doesn't like unelected people representing other yet allows this to go on behind our back.

Maybe, maybe not.

My point is that an anonymous group is using the TFF name, suggesting to the press, DEFRA, or anyone else, that they speak for a forum whose membership is 30,000 farmers (or whatever the made up numbers for advertising sales are now).
No longer anonymous as their names are easily found with a Google search for TFF grassroot group

I guess I'm not active enough on the Holistic thread to be included :ROFLMAO:

Shame since I know exactly what the ELMS thingy is about.... I am part of the forum after all, so must be a good and reliable source for info.
Yes, that seems to be a majority requirement , no Female's either, or those from ethnic minority.(n)
