Well done! It was surprisingly nice yesterday! I phoned Matt to pick me up yesterday by 13 miles
Haha it’s a good thing! Took me years to get a flying feet picture!
I dont blame you, 13 is plenty.
My Masseuse/PT lass has had a short break in Amsterdam ..... never stops exercising....ever....push ups on a bridge ..for inspiration purposes only gentlemen.... you don`t want to see the video....
Err yeah we do, ideally in super slowmo
Bugger park running until lambing is over.... I’ll be ready for a new PB then
Inspiration. ...... as I am getting pummelled for 2 hours tonight...
You might need to watch your terminology.
I survived........ some serious pain, some laughs and some bones cracking. £70 for 2 hours once a month is great VFM. She`s off to Thailand in a month to do the higher level "inflicting pain" course.
Given me 4 exercises to do to sort out my IT band issues.
Another steady 30 minute and 3 second run, 340th out of a field of 550 ! Combined with Victoria Park in Leicester that made over 1,000 Park Run nutters!
And then done a 12 mile training walk today.........
Managed to whizz round in 24.46 yesterday.
Wow that is impressive
How did you find doing the 12 miles?
Surprisingly easy. We are building up 1 mile a week on the long walk so this weekends target is 13.... its the last mile heading for home that is the painful one!
Unfortunately I will be doing Parkrun followed by the 13 on Saturday this week........
Well done!! I think I`ve plateaued !!
26.10 looks like taking a month off park runs whilst lambing has helped Lovely morning for it.
25.28, i think last nights large lamb shish with salad and chips may have slowed me down.
30 min 2 secs..... I should be a pacemaker.
The long walk after and then some wandering around the Shropshire Hills on Sunday have killed the legs.... definite "rest day" today.
Back in the game.............. 29m 44s....... 321st out of 500 participants.
Had visitors for the weekend so ended up walking round town giving them the "Richard III tour".
Racked up another 5 miles between different venues (pubs, bars & a restaurant!) then walked home.
Mrs M was marshalling on Saturday..... got a snap of the throng about 1/2 mile in....
25.51 yesterday, I blame the wind.
