You misunderstand Henrarar, the Parisians are always demonstrating, todays turn has nothing about the EU , fuel duty or anything like it. today it was a against IVF for Gay women yesterday it will have been something else
it is a rare thing to go there without seeing some sort of march.
You can't blame them, what with being in the EU for all these years....?

Because there are a few hundred protestors in France risking nothing, as opposed to a few tens of thousnand in Hong Kong rioting in the knowledge one of these weekends the Chinese government will change from water cannon and tear gas, to machine guns and tanks
except the post by will says that 10,000 farmers were protesting, but hey facts what do they matter, Im not saying the hong kong protests arent more important but I have not heard ONE mention on the radio about the yellow vests
Because Yellow vests had there day, it was last winter, every day has a new manifestation in france, it is the culture, back as far as the revolution, bit like guy fawkes had succeded, and became legend, Hong Kong however that is history/legend being made!
