Has nobody started this thread yet? Usually plenty of people bank statement watching by now? Or are all the arable men to awash with money with the high cereal prices?

Can’t remember which banks it is but some show wants due in the next day. Maybe there are some that can already see it sat waiting?

70% has been, and gone, here in Wales. It was nice while it lasted, but then a fertiliser bill landed and took it all away. My combining contractor has even got his act together and sent his bill already too, when I normally have to chase it in March (I had the bill for two years in March this year😂).

I was talking to my bank manager a couple of weeks ago, doing the annual OD review. He said they normally see huge numbers of OD extension requests every October/November, but had been surprised they’d had so few. Several of the few that had received had been from people wanting to buy store lambs.
