Last field of barley to do tomorrow. No crops have been particularly special but at least we have some after last year. Fingers crossed for a more normal April and May next year, not no rain and 20 frosts in 7 weeks and then 100mm in the subsequent month

Shut the back window of drier tractor! Bobk won't be happy.
Air line sorts that out. Plus the fan on the dryer sucking well so very little goes in there.
Had a few sneaky hrs out with it on Sun 🤫

Yup had a few fields I thought would burst the seams and didn’t and a few that look plain and was better than thought. But I have nothing priced yet and although I would have liked a bit more it was a tricky season and I learned a few things and at least we are having a chance to get some flatlifting done before waiting to direct drill.

In the middle.
Had a couple of good day with 46ac of triticale done Tuesday and 47ac of winter barley done yesterday. Last run in the field of barley was cut as the rain started. I was slightly worried as the field is half mile long and it already wasn't feeding over the knife very well but just got it done and the combine back home.
Just 99ac to go in three crops.
41ac spring barley
45ac winter beans
13ac spring triticale.
