Something tells me we are getting ripped off by the meat processor's 🤔
£20/kg for cows noses at a local show yesterday 😱

I know a girl who used to work in the office of a business butchering sides for food service and doing retail packs for SPAR etc. Last year I asked her what they were paying /kg for sides, and it was roughly £2/kg above farmer price at the time. Make of that what you will. Anyone know what a kill factory would need to cover their costs?
