The Bungling telethon

No content with apparently asking others to pay for his and the fiancees home decor, it has been reported that he was trying to solicit donations to pay for a nanny for the child.
Could be dangerous for a nanny though.

Surely he should have thought of the consequences and just put it up on crowdfunder.co.uk

Let us all fund the PM with a telethon....

Just always remember the Tory faithful voted him in as their leader. I will say no more.

Or to quote the proposed donor to fund the nanny:

“I don’t mind donating to fund leaflets but I’m buggered if I’m going to fund someone to wipe the arse of Boris’s baby”

Crowdfunding would be no issue, it is when it is one rich businessman, or possibly foreign Oligarch who gives a large wad, which leads to the expectation of something in return.
This problem was supposed to have been sorted with a £30K allowance. I suspect if it had run a little over budget no questions would have been asked.
Interestingly, Carrie’s friend Lulu, describes herself as an eco designer, not much environmental friendliness dump all Theresa’s furniture in the skip

You obviously have no idea how expensive nannies are and how hard it is to make do on a £150,000 a year although it does include housing. If he asked Esther, who brought up our two would have been happy to relocate. She was such a good nanny my son has her as a screen saver on his phone rather than his parents.

I wouldn’t pay 50p to live in that horror. Not dislike a Parisian brothel

Surely an Au pair would not be that expensive, with that address I suspect the Queue would be somewhere the other side of Calais, However I suspect Madam Pushy would not dare risk a smart young Polish girl too close to Boris 😂😂😂

And now Billy and the Tories want to blow a mere £200mill on a boat. Royal Yacht - Food Banks. Mmmmm now let me think.

Absolutely brilliant, unless you are a confirmed republican. Blair got rid of the Royal Yacht Britannia in rather rude fashion. I know or knew a number of ex loyal crew who were given jobs on the Sandringham estate in return and their sadness and enduring loyalty is rare in this day and age. No doubt others were given jobs at Windsor or Balmoral. One of the main functions of Royalty are the foreign visits to promote unity but these are very difficulty to achieve in modern times without a floating base. Britannia did service in the Falklands war and was always available as a backup in emergency. It was a sad loss brought about by a sad politician..

You seem obsessed with England , maybe you should move down and see how your money is made .

I don't mind Boris TBH.

Nor do I mind this small scale corruption, or at least I saw a good reason to have such corruption.

In the end it will get sorted by the electorate .. far better it escalates to get a shift in politics and I'm not talking the rabid Left Wing either.

Maybe....
Just maybe....
The £30k was spent on uprated decoration, fixtures and fittings. And the borrowed bit was spent on tat that Carrie can skip or take with her.
Trouble is.
When they get another £30k from US, for repairs and renewels next year, she's going to want a whole new look.

The gullibility of the electorate is matched only by the sense of entitlement of the establishment, and the whole scam is facilitated by the ludicrous FPP electoral system.
The people have been put in a great big round barrel by the establishment and been told go pee in the corner....
