I had to 'drive' an mf like that yesterday to tow the weedwiper we were using for our PA2f. The owner sat on the auxilliary seat to tell me how to do it. The last tractor I drove was an M reg Zetor I think.
The owner is doing his assessment just before me next week so I've asked him to do the same again.

So your disappointed with a 220hp tractor that’s not even ran in yet so probably feels like 200 compared to a 270remapped horsepowers in a well ran in tractor your used to :censored:

Disappointed? Moi?

1) I never drive tractors these days unless it's my own Deutz and then very rarely
2) We only buy JDs but it would have been rude not to have accepted the kind offer of the Massey
3) The guys who did use it for a variety of work where it doesn't matter if it hadn't been fully run in (tedding, trailer work & tanker) didn't rate it highly. As noted above, it's more an arable tractor IMO with all those buttons etc.
4) Looks a bit odd with the bonnet seemingly detached from the cab but I guess it's unique

That's the point of any demo ........ try before you buy.

Were hoping for a looksee at a Strip Till machine for maize but we'd finished before it was available. Always next year
