I fitted a set of your handrail headlights and a set of your grille headlights to a MF 7720S a few weeks ago.
Great light, but for some reason the handrail lights will now only work in dip beam. The grille lights are still working in both dip and full beam.
All the fuses and relays are shared between the grille and the handrail headlights, but I checked them anyway.

@UTV Products are there any black Friday offers coming up this year? I’ve been waiting what seems like forever for your JD 6020 bonnet work lights to actually be in stock but the last thing I want to do is order them & find a discount was only a couple weeks away…

Thanks for the offer of phone support, but I don't find phone support of any use.
I thought that there might be a couple of things that would be the likely mistakes I had made while fitting.
I will try refitting the old handrail lights and see if the problem is in the tractor wiring.

When we finished the first batch we had sold them all on pre-orders hence why they didn't show in stock. The next batch is due to be on the shelves ready for dispatch on the 20th.

We will have something running for Black Friday but it hasn't been confirmed yet.

We run a 7720S ourselves so can help troubleshoot it with you.

If both were working and went off at exactly the same time it does sound like a connection issue somewhere.

I will try to get a chance to look over the weekend, it seemed like a fuse or the panel for the switch over on the B piler, they worked perfectly for a few days and then the other morning they just wouldn't turn on the full beams.

So is this another case of we pay the money, you then send a message to say they’re on back order & we have to wait while holding on to our money? Feels a bit of deja vu going on here. No issue with your product, nor the service when things are “on the shelf” (its actually first class) but this side of things p’s me off a bit. Just be honest. There are blank spaces for the SH2+3 fuses to be used only when there is not handrail headlights fitted.

Sorry that is my mistake,

I read your message as you had seen they weren't in stock and waiting on arrival and never checked the actual stock.

I have 2 pairs left of the current batch, which is why they are showing in stock.

We have had some integration issues with SAGE stock speaking to the website and it has caught us out a few times by not updating correctly.
