Does it have a cutter or is there a chainsaw guy aswell?
The grab doesn’t cut but I do have a tree shear as well.
The tree shear is good for getting an overgrown hedge back in shape or coppicing but a lot of what I clear is big fallen ash so much bigger than the shear will cope with.
The grab opens far wider and will break off or tear out 95% of stuff so it’s much quicker clearing with just the grab. It can look a bit rough but 10x quicker. Anything really big gets the chainsaw.

Tree shears don’t open anything like as wide as you’d think so not much use for general clearing.

Winning back some steep field edges for fencing. Amazing how much field you can lose in 10 years!
I've a garden created by a now deceased world famous "concrete poet" in the middle of my farm. Open to paying pedestrian visitors all summer, which can be a right hassle at times

I'd lost a fair width of one boundary field to their trees that overhung the fence, and suggested if their gardner wasn't going to sort it, that I could clear the branches for them with a grab 👍

Expensive MEN appeared very quickly dressed in fluorescent PPE with all the "proper" chainsaw cutting and pruning gear.....

..... Apparently broken stumps and scarred trunks aren't aesthetically pleasing to the public 🙄🤣

Great little machines. One tip though is to check out its weak point IMO. The three bolts that hold the drive sprocket. They fatigue and break as they are very close to the centre and there is a lot of force when slewing & driving. This happened to me a couple of times when they were all the rage in the hire market, I could see the rust in the hairline cracks on two leaving the third to shear off.
