This one swaps between ripper and bucket. The second one is just on a bucket.Interesting to see that it has a quick hitch, you’d not normally see that size of excavator with any sort of quick coupler, usually direct mount. I wonder why? I wonder if they have two buckets for it, so no downtime is lost while the ground engaging parts are replaced?

I know the machines, but rarely get up close as they're at the opposite end to my area. Driver of that one is 76 now ! Both around the 17,000 hrs mark, and coming up for replacement.Hadn’t thought about a ripper...
So do you know the machine @76masseyman or possibly drive it? I just assumed it was a pic you’d come across?
