Interesting to see that it has a quick hitch, you’d not normally see that size of excavator with any sort of quick coupler, usually direct mount. I wonder why? I wonder if they have two buckets for it, so no downtime is lost while the ground engaging parts are replaced?

This one swaps between ripper and bucket. The second one is just on a bucket.

I know the machines, but rarely get up close as they're at the opposite end to my area. Driver of that one is 76 now ! Both around the 17,000 hrs mark, and coming up for replacement.
130 ton I think, but two 150 ton next.
