A good example is @sjt01 's thread and on the international development and engineering is fascinating

It was @Farmer Roy and @Spanish, among many, that prompted me to post this and Nick The other thing that amazed me was the discussion the other day about grass in the rotation and how some couldn't imagine doing it and others not. I suppose there is a lot to learn in our own back yard too.

The fact that you must always remember is that you must farm according to the climate and environment that you are in , not just the physical climate but political climate as well.
Farming is challenging no matter where in the world you are, adapt as reqired and don't expect it to be easy....

I’ve often thought how powerful it would be if The forum was truly global

farmers sharing knowledge directly with each other would benefit us all rather than listen to bias agenda ridden crop reports from the likes of USDA or Russian government etc

Prices of inputs and machinery around the world vary massively as well - independent information / knowledge transfer between farmers really is power

not sure if / how that’s possible though ?

No - you aren't missing anything - just @Bald Rick losing his crown as biggest point scorer on TFF.

Not just lost it ......... Crown totally destroyed. NOT even on the first page any more despite desperate postings trying to up the ante.
TBH I have no idea how peeps like @yellowbelly (God alone knows how he's second on the list) manage to garner so many. Must be bribery & almost certainly corruption at play

Psst, the 50p is in the post @Chris F
