renewing fencing at Huntly mart. Replacing old fences which were put up when mart opened over 25yrs ago. The old fence was second hand from an old gas line. So certainly has had thier moneys worth.

why are they fencing at the mart. The most expensive paddock setup i have ever seen. Is it for stock that are not being collected straight away or outdoor auction pens!!

Lairage facilities expensive you want to be glad its not you getting invoiced
Yes a lot of work involved over 30 different terminations.

Well it is quick and easy !!!!! I wanted to photograph the corner post which was worse but the owner was watching me.

Some recent work. Plain wire on the middle of the net was a request from the farmer as he often puts his prattley against the fence and it gives a bit more support with sheep pushing against it.

I saw a foretry fence a while back that was similar - 3 wires top middle and bottom of the woven wire -then the wire crimps/bent staples holding it on so the fence could be dropped and picked up after felling as long as the posts wernt hit.

I always put a centre plain line when fencing for sheep

Found out today that the 'fencing contractor' ,I use that term in the loosest way I can , did about 88yds and charged £725 cash !!

You need to expand that statement or it doesn't mean anything.
Was it 88yrds of stock fence? Post and rail, deer fence, equine fence, Badger fence, otter fence, any number of garden type fences, Inc or excluding materials.
