it might be a very good idea, there is little question that the first poll would not be counted significant statistically.
I would like to see a proper majority which ever way.
At least if it is definitely out I can shut up and if it was 50.1% stay then I can say we won :):):)
No it would go to best of three

mmm cant wait for Blair, Clegg, goldman sachs and all the other sh!t eels lining up to lead the Remain campaign, it just seems to be a sadomasochism on behalf of remainers for a hard brexit

i would say it's got to be a 2/3rd's majority win to settle it for once and for all, dare risk it?

Although meanwhile in the real world, none of this will happen, but it keeps thicko europhiles minds preoccupied from really sabotaging Britain. ;)

Brexit is dead in all but name....

Full regulatory alignment will mean having to accept the rules of the single market, including continuing payment and freedom of movement.

A Swiss-style deal is very unlikely because it excludes financial services.

A Canada deal is impossible given the most recent agreement.

This is going to be a slight variation of the Norway model, where nothing changes except the UK will become a rule taker rather than a rule maker. Sure, this will be a final minute decision, but the alternative is termination of all contracts, and no time to work out replacements.

HM govt will say the voter can correct this at the next election but there will no longer be a mainstream party suggesting anything like this.

The rise of UKIP v.2.0 will only destabilise British politics, but destabilise it will.

Maybe in 10, 20 years time, people will come their senses.

Well, that's what you want to think, clearly; but it bears no resemblance to what is actually happening. So it's just another remoaning sulk and diatribe... man-up snowflake, you don't always get what you want in a democracy but, unless you have fascistic tendencies, you accept the result and do your best for the country. ;)

Still not wised up to the Norway relationship ehhh, maybe if you stuck around to debate matters, you wouldn't be soo ignorant to the intense detail that is involved in the debate .

This idea of the game is up, brexits done, them thicko's wont get what they voted for is all part of the paranoia the remain side now has, it's the same as the Democrats in the US on Trump, oh he'll never become Gop candidate, he'll never win the electoral college, etc etc, must be very depressing with this constant mindset?

Regulatory alignment is time limited so your wrong on that point, BUT any firm importing to a third country always has to meet that countries regulations or if they dont then it has to be agreed (gm soya etc) it is a complete non story.
