NoCan someone please clarify the laws on tractors hedge cutting on council roads.Apart from the obvious insurance and tax on tractor do I need anything else as in signs or anything to cut my own hedges on a small country lane?

I need some advice as I don’t know now a lot about them
I already know I want a 3point mounted one
Just stuck on the two other aspects
1, Brand
And 2 is it worth the extra to get electronic controls as opposed to cable or is cable better than it sounds
To me it just sounds old fashioned
Sometimes it can be a pain in the ar*e, I have only had my axle bracket machine for just over 2 years but it takes approx 5-10 mins with that, the 3pl takes a bit longer weirdly enough.How long does it take to attach the non 3pl trimmer?
