This is true.
The majority of Covid deaths had comorbidities and Covid just pushed them over the edge as would flu or any other serious virus.
A realistic source of "death" is done by the ONS.

The problem isn`t dead people it's those unnecessarily poorly folk occupying beds that other people should be in.
In what sense are they unnecessarily poorly?
In the same sense that obese people are unnecessarily poorly?
Those with alcohol related health problems?

Some comorbidities are poor life choices, others "just happen" that can`t be prevented.
That creates weaknesses in the system that viruses exploit.
As has always been the way, its just a matter of volume, impact and transmisability.

Now that those who want to be, are vaccinated, would hospitalisations (actually sick with covid, not broke their leg and tested positive) and deaths not be the important numbers.
Whether or not they were vaccinated would be good to know too.
Not knocking you at all, just curious.

That would have been handy all the way through. It's what many of us have been asking.

Given that most of the people having problems in hospital with covid have not been vaccinated, are we reaching the point where it will be time to say, we the vaccinated are no longer participating in the huge disruption of the test, trace and isolate palaver, simply to protect the unvaccinated?

Problem with this might be that the unvaccinated will still clog up our essential services, and result in cancellation of operations etc for the vaccinated.

You can still catch it and spread it even with the jab. In fact you may not even know you have it but can still spread it so you may be more dangerous. Here comes the cleansing.

Did you ever consider that the NHS might be clogged up with the side effects of vax victims? I've taken 2 to A&E already.

Posts like this illustrate how easy it was for the Nazi party in Germany to turn the population against the Jews 🥴

What was wrong with those 2?
53 year old male. Always healthy. After the jab I rushed him to A&E at 2am with serious rashes all over which looked like meningitis. After 5 hours in there sorted that with anti-bs. Now he can't sleep and has constant involuntary twitches and is on heavy dose of anti-d's which are supressing everything.

40 year old female kipping over at mine after a party came out in the morning with what looked like bruising all over with blood under the skin. Massive bruising on her left leg running down the veins and left armpit with red underneath . Lots of small circular bruises on the back of her legs about 10mm diameter. Looked like she had fallen down a mountainside, not normal bruising at all. I looked on the NHS site and it said to call 111 so I did. About 8 hours later I finally got to get the pics to a GP who said A&E immediately. Didn't have a car as mine is currently dead so called 999. 3 hours later they sent a taxi. She's OK now but it was nasty.

Father rang me 5 times at 3am this morning leaving messages saying he was freezing cold but I was asleep and missed them. Just spoken to him and he's feeling better. He is 85 so maybe just complications of old age.

Feel like I'm a taxi and counselling service for the vaccinated at the moment. They seem to be falling apart.

By all means leave the unvaccinated to get herd immunity, leave them all to their fate, stop this circus and let's get back to whatever's left of 'normal'.

Anyone with the slightest chance of being seriously ill with Covid will have been vaccinated anyway.

Confaltionitis? I do hope rapid recoveries are had, with no long-term consequences.

Of course the huge vax effort has caused mayhem in the NHS and must have delayed essential treatments / diagnosis / referrals so maybe vaxxed people should pay for those who need urgent care to go private? Let's all be nutters and spout nonsense.

Lately the NHS, especially at GP level has not been fit for service at that will have cost lives.

Of course, I wrote the post with a certain amount of tongue in cheek, in order to create a talking point. Yes, the vaccinated can still carry the virus, which is not exactly unexpected - but it does appear to very substantially reduce the risk of severe, even mild disease. And we do as a society treat people FOC for lots of ailments who make bad decisions - smokers, heavy drinkers, overeaters, speed freaks who crash their cars etc
