Yes, I will instead rely on the evidence of my own eyes and my ability to count.Unfortunately us mere mortals have to relay on science to keep us safe.

You don't need a vaccine to breeze through this virus.
All of the numerous people I know who caught it whilst unvaccinated (either because before vaccines or chose to remain unvaccinated) has had no more than a cold.
Apart from my 80 year old aunt who has been unable to breathe properly for 20 years...she was admitted to hospital but released after a few days.
Fortunately it's just a coldWell according to the media NZ now has one of the highest omicron R numbers in the world, despite 90% of the eligible population (5 and up I think) having at least 2 jabs. It also seems to be spreading quicker in the vaccinated, although this could be because the unvaccinated aren't testing.
Kind of buggers up the get jabbed to stop spread argument.
14000 cases today up from about 2 thousand this time last week.
They are using results from RAT's in the numbers now though.
There's been a few deaths this week, not really any details but they did say todays one death was from something unrelated, they just happened to have Covid at the time.Fortunately it's just a cold
Indeed, you can die with any cold and if sufficiently ill already, of any cold. There's been a few deaths this week, not really any details but they did say todays one death was from something unrelated, they just happened to have Covid at the time.
Are you BrianV in disguise?Fortunately it's just a cold
If only we were all as clever and unassuming like youFortunately it's just a cold
A year ago we were all desperate for vaccines, probably not the demand going forward hopefully other than a joint annual one with the flu jab.I can't help noticing how the Moderna share price has dropped like a stone since its $484 peak last autumn and went down to $132 early last week, and yet the company itself is still making huge profit's from it's covid 19 vaccine
Pfizer has also dropped but not so spectacularly. This make's no sense at all as profit's drive value's up not down! However the word on the street is that large investor's in the know are getting out quick.
If only we all stuck to debating the issue like you.If only we were all as clever and unassuming like you
Debating or dictating? If only we all stuck to debating the issue like you.
Think there is one dominant narrative being dictated about covid and it certainly isn't mine.Debating or dictating?
Clearly not youMost people have forgotten about it
Clearly not you
I've a poll running on a Facebook group asking this question - average time seems between 7 and 9 days with a few taking up to 14 days to get a negative LFT. If last Sunday is day zero, any time from tomorrow onwards, you'll know as the LFT line will become fainter each day. It's annoying because you feel ok to work, long before the test says you can.So I've 'had' it since Tuesday. Well, positive lft anyway, felt the symptoms from sunday I guess.
still testing positive, wife and child haven't caught it and I'm still happily isolating in the hedge cutter.
how long until I'm declared not infected anymore?
I went positive on Feb 6th and finally went negative on Feb 14th, faint positive line on Feb 13th.So I've 'had' it since Tuesday. Well, positive lft anyway, felt the symptoms from sunday I guess.

Dunno ,isnt worth the time arguing with you to be honestI'm afraid that contains literal nonsense like the 67 times more likely to die claim.
You understand how they get to that figure?
It's nowhere near as harmful as flu, the damp squib that was swine flu killed 70 children in this country.
