Well since i am a farmer in oz and dont get sent evidence packs from the SC, i cannot answer that.
It would have to go to a fair trial to see the evidence and see what they can prove, which many legal experts have said when it comes to hacking etc, theyd have buckleys chance.
I would say that it would be safe to assume that Russia is no more innocent than MI5 or the CIA in election meddling.
That covers of russian interference, Trump Russia collusion on the other hand, if there was evidence Trump would be impeached by now, if they had a charge, because there is no law against it, so at best it was always going to be a smear campaign and it failed, it drove people off the MSM as it got battle weary as a news story.
It also gave a huge rise in the alt right media, which now they have started to ban, which will result in one thing...the rise of the right and the demise of the left....they arent that bright in the little worlds they revolve in.
Look at the media suppression on TR, they fanned that fire perfectly...idiots.

That's not correct though is it ?
Some of the bases are to house battalions of infantry, others the airforce, some naval and some as you say ABM. But not all ABM bases will be protecting the USA.
So Trump can quite easliy reduce the numbers and spend the moeny elsewhere such as in America. Far better those miliary force personnel are spending money in the local USA economy rather than Germany.

He needs the ABM bases to site radars.
Also, having US weapons sited elsewhere than the US mainland is useful strategically, hence the deployment of US nuclear weapons in foreign countries.
And you are still not getting the point of any of this anyway; US overseas bases further their foreign policy.
