The most dangerous man in the world

You wont see it on the msm, but there a quite a few brokerage firms amd advisors im a member of and they saying Trump is right, the rates should not be incrrasing this quick while they are trying to correct the defeciet.

However if you youtube how the fed works, there playing straight along with there global playbook and showing everyone who really pulls the strings.

Ant...

Used to be that rates increased because of rising inflation...........seems that's not the case anymore. there is no inflation (or not much)
The rise in rate last week was false, the fed had talked about it for so long they just had to do it.....kind of painted themselves into a corner.

Now there is talk of a recession in 19, geez where do these so called experts come up with this stuff, my guess is rates may have to back down..!

Well The Donald keeps on giving. Somewhat cornered by his own bravado bulling up his own influence in the rising Dow Jones he is now having a go a the Federal Reserve as it slides back. Will be fun to watch as he tackles this new battle. .

I read the Fed are reversing QE to the tune of 500,000,000,000 a year as well as tightening rates to now 2.5%.

Now it was QE that pumped markets up as well as tangable assets.

So it stands to reason that markets will fall as cash is withdrawn.

IMO Trump is right in that the Fed are moving to fast.

Some say it’s a policy to destroy Trump.
Maybe time will tell.

I am of an age to have seen the Fed make many mistakes in the past & this looks to be another to me.

So remind me who are confronting each other in Europe?. I was under the impression that Russia is doing a face off on it's borders with Europe, and it constantly tests our airspace and English Channel in the UK .
Our country and the USA hold regular exersises very close to the Russian border ,this in itself is a form of provocation.

Ha ha ha, you must not read much news. Have you read anything about how various countries are ignoring their orders from the EU? Italy set their own budget, ignore the EU. Hungary and Romania set up border walls, refuse to take migrants, ignoring the protests from the EU.

It will result in war.

Trump does not understand economics, nor economic policy. He might as well move his mouth and quote the Argos catalogue for all the relevance. He is a product of a by gone age.

The deficit has no chance in hell of moving in the right direction whilst drumpf is in charge.
Their economy is doing better than ours or many in Europe that a fact

Does anybody have a clue what's going on? What was so great about his predeccesors fiscal policy.

Trump is trying to change the mess of the last 50 years. He needs time.

The mess the usa created will not be fixed by 1 President alone, it will take 10 or so, Trump does not have silly advice into making sure it deosnt have a nuke style fall out.

If they can keep business pumping amd low unemployment, get defeciets under control, it will take alot to blow the house of cards down.

No doubt there will be some sort of fiscal style crash in his terms, but Armageddon will most likely not occur if a few basic fundamentals stay in tact.

Will Armageddon come one day, yes most likely, and it may not be induced by the current sitting president at tbe time, might just the time the jig is up and being in wrong place at wrong time.

Obama didnt really cared if the USA failed, that would be someone elses fault as the media is paid from that side.

This is why i hate globalism , i also think Tucker Carlson for doing a good roundup of the situation. There is no measurement of community value, that's not measured in $$$ but is critical for living in a nice society. The erosion of this is terrible.

I don't give a dam if the car is more expensive to buy and i cant update a phone every year.

And since we abandon it we now have riots - Australia had 1 as well on Saturday, anyone on the right is labelled is a far right extremist. I am far right but i am not an extremist and anyone who labels me as such will be written to a complaints filed.

Will happily pull on the yellow vests myself if we can get it going in Australia - but our issues is we are out numbered now. when it comes to people under 40 and people over 60 just want to enjoy life not be protesting.

We have had the yellow shirts in London recently. they were stopping the traffic over the London Bridge. When the police arrived they agreed to stop the protest and let people go about their buisiness. That is how it should be.
But on the other side of the fence are those that are there for causing as much damage as possible to mainly businesses in the location, also to vehicles of innocent shoppers.
They are that stupid they do not realize that they are destroying the very areas and things that they and the general public rely on.
It is never too late to change anything, but unfortunately it seems that you have to be prepared to trade like for like against those who are destroying many countries that do not need this ,as they are struggling to survive in this commercially run world of today.

The mood out in the country is hard to gauge, the politicians in DC are not popular, not trusted, lobbyists and their money, President Trump on one hand is admired for sticking to his guns on the measures he outlined to get elected but most supporters wish he were not so polarizing.

The media, speaking generally are not trusted anymore, left or right they want to be the thought police.

Thomas Jefferson said that the US should have a revolution every 25 years..........throw everyone out and start again...wise man.

I’m a big Jefferson fan. He was also strongly against political parties for the reasons we now see.

On the contrary, I DO give a damn that a car is more expensive to buy, and possibly crapper than one made by another manufacturer or even manufactured overseas. What the hell is it you want, a controlled government-led economy like some kind of socialist paradise, with consumers only able to buy domestically produced products? Fudge that, the UK had a dose of that in the 60's: it was pants and didn't work.

You lot seem to want to revert to some kind of protectionist state-planned economy with the whole thing backed by tax payer funny money. It's been tried, it didn't work, governments do not know anything about running enterprises which are designed to make a profit, they make a hash of public spending on sectors which are not supposed to be profit making and you think they could run a car factory better than Toyota?

One the one hand of this forum people complain about added legislation and government interference, yet here you are moaning that the government should be insulating businesses or industries in some early learning training swimming pool whilst the rest of the world swims in the real deal. You can't have it both ways.
