In my current role...i have the demise of our manufacturing industry...the privitisation of rail and infrastructure by govt...govt policy that is happy to see business leave our shores in the name of globalization...the demise if effective youth training...no energy sustain policy as we must sell everything at free market price...all these are why i earn big dollars.

I live in a costal location so some affects are washed off.

If i wanted to farm where myparents are..that use to be a thriving area...
They now have
No builders
No auto electrician
No plumber
2 schools closed
1 ag dearlership...no staff
1 tyre service no competition

The list goes on...most of the kuds hav gone to the city...when i left school most of us stayed...there were job options and a great lifestyle...

Keybiard warriors like ollie and ash tree dont have mates..they dont give a crap about community...they care about #1 and thats it.

Id work for half the money if we had a thriving rural communities sector...thats not based 100% on farming...theres no insulation to rural towns now...

I stayed in sth Germany for a while...thats how a rural area should look.

I was waiting to see all the farmers in the EU at a big street protest at brussels...screaming stop the subsidies!!! At the top of there lungs.

I am actually finishing next year...towards the end id say...will work part time local and farm...cant come soon enough but need 12 months fixed cost paynents in the bank in advance plus operating cash...im getting there..may as well start off on the right foot versus being on struggle street from day 1.
