Mays back stop would have worked.
If the UK government had done what they signed up to do, there wouldn't be a problem. They haven't, don't blame the EU , you wanted to control the borders now you don't want a border. Tough!
Stay in the customs union and single market , fuk that

They feared that the backstop would be used to permanently trap the UK in the EU customs union, preventing the country from striking its own trade deals.
Ultimately, her deal was voted down three times, leading to her resignation.

10 years time, you'll be back in both.
The only reason the Tories took you out was to avoid the EUs new tax regime, no Non Dom's and transparency in Tax.
Otherwise you'd be like Norway.

Don‘t ask such questions of the lad….he’s busy fighting the Ukraine war, and running the CONZUK con in his spare….
Which is you running a mile rather than answer, and everybody knows it. :)

which parts of the GFA is the RoI not supporting, that is in there gift to support ?
You telling us you haven't read it?! Thought it was mandatory reading over on the Emerald Isle...

Not to worry; take a squint and then share the obligations undertaken, particularly those regarding consultation and consent. (y);)

Nice non answer, you really should be a MP,

Now answer the question, what parts of the GFA that are in the gift of the RoI are they not supporting

I understand the sentiment you express. However I live in Northern Ireland and the protocol does affect everyday life here. Restrictions to medicine, various foodstuffs etc would this be acceptable on the mainland? I suggest not and rightly so. Whether its Boris or the EU fault doesn't matter really it just needs sorted asap. From my perspective the EU seem not to want any sort of constructive dialogue to find a solution that works for all.
Not everything has available here on the mainland over the past couple of years either.
Remainers blame Brexit
Leavers blame the EU

Quite ironic how the pandemic has been conveniently forgotten by both.

No, you need to do your homework wee man, write it up and I'll happily mark it. :)

You made the statement

And, anyway... why isn't the ROI standing up to support full implementation of the Belfast Agreement, which it swore to do?

= because yer fecking hipacrits! :ROFLMAO:

i'm asking you to back it UP with some facts . or is this just another dead cat full of lies, churned out as the normally Brexiter tripe that we all getting used too

Oh well done, that's your sort! FFS, I gave enough help in the first place. No, no... a little tyke doesn't provoke me, if you don't know enough about the situation that's your lookout, and shame...

Unlike your good self, I know the law, I've read it, I understand it, and it's as plain as anything that the Gov't of the ROI is in material breach of its commitments regarding the Belfast agreement if it doesn't support the the DUP in this, ironic, ain't it? :ROFLMAO: :)

(But you'll be up for some brownie points if you can flag the jurisprudence and precedents shared between the jurisdictions of England & Wales and the ROI which underpin this. Best of British with that (y))

to translate what he said
"Blaa Blaa Blaa look at me i know the law and when i say something I'm right cause i'm a Brexiter and it it up to you to prove me wrong cause i don't have any facts"

so you just another Brexiter who throws out BS stalemates with NO proof, then when pulled on it, doubles down on the BS demanding the other side proof it

This Unionist in NI, sums the whole Brexit / Protocol thing up very succinctly indeed, in a few short paragraphs. He absolutely nails it.

Is Johnson stupid or a chancer. Actually quite ironic saying that in one of NI biggest manufactures premises that just happens to be French! :ROFLMAO:
He is a National and International embarrassment.
