Commercial rents are fickle things, location and availability will both influence returns, we are middling as we are a bit too far away from the M4 and too close to a town with a new build industrial estate

Residential though is up 15 - 20% but getting planning in an AONB is difficult and expensive for any project !!

Actually, the UK has zero reserve requirement.....which makes a bit of a mockery of the notion of "fractional reserve" banking.

The weighted ratio of deposits to loans is more like 1:12
