Maybe by listening to your peers that have been successful, you can draw on some wisdom and experience to make changes for the better in your own business.The last thing us peasants want is to listen to some bigshot farmer crapping on about how good they are.
Some of the most powerful tools we have are communication and collaboration and in today's information age there is no excuse for not using them.
The other option is that you think theres no room for improvement, in which case you're doomed!!
