NI - plenty of rain .Land anything from rock to peat and a bit of the red stuff here and there. Ground sold in mid Antrim a few weeks ago. £20k/acre. No big yard or anything.

That farm at leswalt is dodgy as hell the owners are a family of crooks, nothing more to be said. As for would it be capable of arable, well yes but trying arable in that part of the world you'd need a good drier.That farm at leswallt looks a lovely farm?
