So to sum up,

RT take our money,

makes rules up that have no justifiable reason

don’t promote our products is any sort of noticeable way

and now the office holders are insulting there members via social media or the agricultural press.

Im sure as we all know RT are reading this they could come on and explain there selves?

or are they Too ashamed to do so?

@Guy Smith great to see you comments the other day on a simplified scheme for RT. However there is nothing about this in the consultation and Red Tractor have said they will be basing future changes on the consultation. Do you know when they will be withdrawing the current consultation and updating it with these new concepts?

consultation should be scrapped and “Guys” genius idea about a “equal to import scheme” included in a new consultation

Supermarkets empty people to design packaging to sell products I presume?
so they know what the consumer wants to see

We as customers of red tractor should be asking why we have been relegated to the small print ?

The very notion that you can buy a whole chicken for under £4 is a scandal in itself.

ours sees a tech more than once a year - makes the MOT and it specific costs a joke though as its ALWAYS in 100% condition - it applies £100's of thousand of £ product a year, why would I ever not makes sure it was in tip top condition ?

I don't need a failed agronomist inspector to tell me this or to need to pay to be told this, I'm not a child and that's how it feels RT treats me
Christ, tis but a dream to have a failed agronomist inspect my farm, my inspector is a landscape gardener! And he’s a ....!

After considering a concept put forward by @Feldspar and some others, we've put a new question to the AIC. I thought it worthy of a specific thread...

It's an interesting question, and we look forward to receiving AIC's response.

60000 tons of Australian rapeseed reported to be heading into Tilbury and transported by barge to Erith. What assurance scheme is it grown under and is it from neonic treated seed?. I am not having a pull at Australian farmers I am trying to highlight the well documented inequality that we face .

it will not need ANY farm level assurance to be used in the UK - it will end up in the same product as UK Red Tractor OSR (which is all OSR as there is no UK market for none RT OSR )
