back on my thoughts of the scientist think she came across poorly and 'chip on the shoulder' about being called a liberal art student (how I laughed). I can see how she reeled Salatin because working in a clinical lab is nowhere near working in the field (excuse the pun). Collating data and concluding is exactly why scientific evidence on anything has to be questioned - far too many variables. Thought the vet and the UK studies being done was very interesting and will find all the info on this.. Zoe Harcombe (nice surprise) I used to follow on FB came across simply and beautifully but what was lacking in all the conversations was increasing vegetable eating (incl nuts and seeds) just seemed to be about meat v carbs. Yes we need to improve our diets less meat but no mention of increasing vegetable consumption.
