Yes had free tickets so popped for a look this morning, bloody cold and wet after spending yesterday in sahara type heat . Not a bad morning out but i wouldnt have paid £26 for it though.

Yes it's a big kick in the nuts when you see the food prices. Im a bit out of touch anyway, daughter went to Hereford with her friends yesterday and a burger was £9

None of us go out and see what things cost these days.

I went to one of those clothes shops the other day, could by several pairs of decent wellies for the cost of a pair of naff trainers!

Royal Welsh this year you got too book your tickets on line for the day you want to go can’t pay on the gate what a joke the shows chief Executive and the Board are a shower off s***

RWS. Used to be the best show imo. Would go on the Mon and again on the Thurs . While I agree the cost of the food is expensive, it has to be because if the cost of the pitch ...it's horrendous however I've never seen or had the need to buy food at Builth there is always good hospitality .
The Welsh do know how to do it !

Not sure if going this yr even though we are life members .

Generally plenty of hospitality around the shows for a free coffee, we had coffee and biscuits with JJ Farm Services at Malvern, Marshall and Wynnstay were at the Royal Welsh last time we went, failing that, take a picnic?
