The war in Ukraine...

Horrible thread title to start, ridiculous really, totally unnecessary; but Putin has done it... it seems crazy. :(

I think we - Nato / the West / Democracies - should arm and finance Ukraine. I think we should have a zero tolerance of infringement of NATO airspace and territory.

And I think we should do more, such as operate a no fly zone West of the Dnieper, but that seems very unlikely.

Other threads have shown there are some who think we should do nothing, what do you think we should do...?

Ukraine already suffering serious loss.....where are the west ....still discussing what to do!!🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

We need to be very cautious with any social media posts that aren't verified with a date and a geolocation. This is a very modern war in a digital age and propaganda has never been easier to spread.

"The West" will not be sending troops into Ukraine and neither will NATO.

Half the welfare budget right now and start re building our armed forces for a start.

Make it obvious that we are prepared to defend nato territory no matter what the cost
