One would have hoped that they might have abandoned the takeoff when the 1st part flew up. If any of it had flown up into the rotors it would have been exceedingly expensive and possibly fatal.

Came close to a major f up but luckily spotted while greasing up this morning. Clip must have lost of the pin on the top link and it was working it’s way out!
Would have put the track eradicators on the drill through both back tyres if it had let go with it in the air

The mericans better send some engineers to fix our Addenbrookes hospital landing pad!!Also they need to explain to the patients and their families why critical care patients are now having to land 3 miles from the hospital and be transferred by ambulance
Apparently Biden is visiting the UK in June.....practice run in case he has a case of a “The Dicky Ticker”.They are supposed to be on our side!

I’d like an explanation of that too - with all the dry weather you guys have been having, what’s wrong with landing on the grass and driving an ambulance onto it up to the helicopter? No real need for that metal in summer, surely?

Not today but last autumn ploughing for a neighbour hit an unmarked water main its the fire hydrant supply to the refinery and L N G only ploughing eight inches
Addenbrookes is in a more or less permanent state of expansion, no point building anything too solid as it will be moved in a few years.Why are they using temporary matting for a landing pad at a major hospital?

That's why you always trial run motors with out belts / drives on . Looks expensive
