The worlds best steak

I remember eating Australian steak in Thailand and it was absolutely excellent.

American steaks are great too as they are all the size and thickness of a large door stop and the fat less left on. Whack that on the BBQ and its great but I bet a lot of the British public would never buy it.
The Chinese buy a lot of beef from Australia too (And New Zealand ) The best beef stew l have ever tasted was in a restaurant in Shaoxing.

Bought some Jacks Creek last time I was visiting family in Sydney and it was pretty good.

Mind you the top end meat from Scotland, Argentina, USA / Canada is all going to be pretty darn good.

I always enjoy a good steak from Gaucho when visiting my mates in London.

World's best steak??

Somewhere east of Yuma Co in the late '80's a heifer twisted , caught her leg somehow and broke it --
She gave the best steaks ever I reckon ---they weren't aged or hung , just cut off the carcass and seered in a skillet on an open fire
Red/blue in the middle and washed down with a crate of Blue Ribbon

Before we cleaned the rest of her up and headed home, we threw the waste in some scrub and returned later that night to shoot the coyotes that had gathered to feast
