The Chinese buy a lot of beef from Australia too (And New Zealand ) The best beef stew l have ever tasted was in a restaurant in Shaoxing.I remember eating Australian steak in Thailand and it was absolutely excellent.
American steaks are great too as they are all the size and thickness of a large door stop and the fat less left on. Whack that on the BBQ and its great but I bet a lot of the British public would never buy it.

Bought some Jacks Creek last time I was visiting family in Sydney and it was pretty good.I remember eating Australian steak in Thailand and it was absolutely excellent.

All they want at the point of buying is confirmation and kilos , they don’t pay for eating quality, ridiculous imo .well if we cannot produce edible beef for one of the major retailers we may as well pack in now, because that's were the majority of your customers shop in the super markets
