Theresa May's successor

Listening to Bernard Jenkin on the TV and he made a sensible point. That there are maybe only 50 or so MPs who are actually representing the 52% of the electorate that voted Leave, whereas the bulk of MPs (Parliamentarians) are in favour of Remain. And that is the real issue. I listened to Ken Clark earlier today and yesterday on the radio. Father of the House - he came over as somewhat condescending to the electorate that knew no better and voted Leave (in a pleasant, fatherly humble way). Hey ho.

JRM reminds me of a Cambridge graduate I know. We went into an unheated swimming pool in September and I commented that it was bloody freezing. She commented that it was at the highest temperature it would be for the year. That's the sort of "useful" information you get from intelligent people.

Well DrWif she was able to get into the swimming pool it evidently was not freezing - or it would have been solid. And yes in September it probably was the highest temperature of the year. So afraid have to say she was totally accurate and of more use than your own comments.:);) starting to, I think, get hang of these emoji things!!

Well she has won a battle, but her "Deal is dead", and. with it, so is she.Trouble is, in prolonging this, she has once again opened the door for JC, when she loses the vote, he can call a no confidence motion. I believe.

Two hundred turkeys voting for christmas! By keeping that devious hag in place, they have ensured the government is powerless. The Irish will never support her stitch up, and without them she, and her party, are in position but without power.
