Always wanted a banana yellow t5 one
Used to try race one up a1 Sunday night most weeks in my Renault 5 turbo

Some years back, one of my brothers had a yellow T5 R. Marvellous machine. Good fun as well, especially when the boy racers would come along side at traffic lights, giving it some shoe, lights go green and leave them standing, wondering what the hell just happened. (y)

I like to sit at the lights and rev up like I'm going to burn them off when the lights change, then just tootle away at normal speed as I have a good giggle at the panicky look on the faces of the boy racers!

I used to have a Honda Civic, found for me by a friend when I was desperate for a car but had hardly any money. It had a big dent in the bonnet, but mechanically it had been honed and tuned by it's previous (boy racer) owner and had an outrageously loud exhaust and a few stickers, which I never bothered to remove. It was a lovely little car to drive; all in all, £350 well spent.:)

However, I used to get trailed by the police a lot, and I used to get challenged to race at traffic lights by young lads who would suddenly realise, from the age of the occupant that it was practically being used as a motorised zimmer frame, and just want to curl up and die from embarrassment...

@Osca That is brilliant, I have just looked at the member details and realised that those poor lads must have been doubly embarrassed  :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
