Found a pen knife that I thought I lost last year.

Last year I found a pen knife I lost when I was 14, it had been missing 24 years, a good soaking with some oil and a go on a wet stone and although not quite good as new, it came up lovely.
I remember the day I lost it, I was mucking about in the bales and dropped it. I found it purely by chance when cleaning out a feed trough as due to not having my knife on me I had scooped up some loose straw for the tmr instead of cutting a new bale.

Never saw the point of Lego that couldn't roll. :stop:

You've got to start somewhere, I tend to agree with you though, wheels are nice! It wasn't until Tecnic Lego that I really got hooked! Once you could make stuff move etc, it was a revelation :).
But these static sets can be just as much fun, if the child gets enjoyment out of it, then who are we to argue. (y)

I had 7 sets as a kid. Brilliant stuff.
