You'd think IF they were genuinely interested, they'd call and ask how to phrase an RFPFrightening that a "policy advisor" is asking such imprecise questions
I discover that I've made those, they correspond neatly to just at about where I was at lunch time, when I'm fighting the dog off my sandwich!
