A few weeks ago I was talking over a machine problem with a farmer, giving him some ideas on what to check etc. As anyone in the machinery service business will agree, folks wanting your hard earned tech know-how for 'free' is often difficult to resolve, as naturally we all want to be out doing paid work. Anyway today, I received an unexpected gift from said farmer [who I have never met] in gratitude for my help and advice...So faith is restored, and I will hear no more about tight arsed, greedy ungrateful buggers......?
