Don't float my boat I'm afraid 🤣
same here, they almost look uncomfortable , and nearly draggin in the ground

Never went tbh, the rail strike meant we had an opportunity to take down a few trees at risk of coming down at some point onto the track. More to life than faffing around with sheep iguess.
Either way farmers don't strike , or get chance go out very often it seems ,dont get me wrong though finishing them trees at 10 last night meant i can now sleep easier .:)

oh and in the morning i finished fitting a new hot water cylinder that developed a serious leak on Tuesday , never done such challenging plumbing before and no leaks today touch wood , quietly pleased so 'nother smile :).

A pen of Fat-tailed Sheep (Damara?) at the Sheep Event, all the way from Anglesey. My camera was in a megasulk, so no photos, sorry, but if anyone took a pic and would like to share it, I'd love to see them in detail.
Your camera? My 'phone too . Although it sometimes lives a life of it's own . If I haven't spoken to somebody in my "Contacts " for a time it will ring them up ! Quite out of the blue > Well , that's my excuse anyway when I have to say I didn't mean to ring .

Gadgets tend not to like heat, or damp, do they ~ unless specifically designed for those conditions. My phone definitely plays up in the heat, proof being that it's in a better mood this week compared with last.

My worry about the camera (waterproof, and made for ruggedness) was accidentally damaged when lent to someone for their holiday, leaving it with damage to its optics or electrics. Every photo has a blur or shadow that "rest" and a silicone pack hasn't altered. Annoying, because I wanted video of the underside of a peregrine falcon earlier in the week. It hovered almost directly above me as I had a walk before driving home, but the camera didn't want to play.

All this about cameras reminds me that I have a very good camera stashed away somewhere - haven't seen it for years now . But it got me thinking , I'll guarantee that there will be a memory card in it with photos of past holidays with the OH . I just wonder if I dare look it out ? 🤔

People actually respecting borders, dirtbike went into a lane, saw it was going to land and returned. It's not all that exciting and it never made me smile untill I started to read about the bullpoo landowners in the UK have to put up with.
The Netherlands is far more densely populated, I live very close by a city and there are lots of walkers, cyclists and dirtbike riders here, and I have ground next to the road with mostly no gates or whatever. Yet I have only one time encountered a dirtbike on our land (which where some local boys), a handful of times some people having a picknick on our ground (which I am fine with) and one time someone walking straight through our land (two woman who where totally lost).
Only stupid thing I encounter is flytipping, but only very small amounts.
