Just had time to catch up and watch with the family,great TV. Great location Emma has moved to but struggling to see how it would pay. Hope the run another series possible look back on how others are getting on.

Joyce Campbell seems determined to wear a crash helmet - not just on the bike, which is dangerous enough, but even in the steading when she was separating cows and calves. That's not only downright dangerous, it's a stupid thing to do.

As tenants ourselves I just couldn't see enough busines output, massive step up for them. Wish them best of luck, really nice couple. I struggle to see how suckler/sheep make it pay, let alone paying rent.

She said the rent was £100 a day, we also thought that was quite a lot of £.
I suppose the book sales etc will help

Yes but once they'd done their sums I think they found that there wasn't an awful lot in it for them.

is the latest series back on? It seemed to just stop before Christmas. Now all we can get is repeat from last series.

They seem to split it into two halves, the latter half coming later this winter or early spring, I think.
If £100 a day is correct and they're are renting 680 acres according to Google that's £53.67 an acre, and in that they've got a home as well.
Don't know about rent or the area so is it a good or bad deal
