Before long. Ashey and his mates will be getting the tractor inner tubes out and completing the pincer movement.
What the Germans couldn't do, with all their might and hardware, Isis are achieving with a bit of rubber and wind.

A british border geezer said the other day that the French let them get on with it .
Should we blow them out the water ? would have done 60 years ago .

The trick is to catch them and put them straight on a low cost flight to where they originated. It is the cheapest option.

The alternative is no recourse to public funds without a genuine identity card which would mean all legal citizens of this country holding one. As they do in France. I can hear the howls of protest from civil rights groups already.

Why then, did the French not stop them at their border in the first place?

They do, migrants lose their lives trying to cross the Alps every month and the French have patrols up there trying to catch them. But it's the same old story they take them back to the boarder and they will be back the following night trying to cross again. Don't forget very few of these people have ambitions to get to the UK, most are aiming for Germany and Scandinavia.

Yes, hence the rise in anti-immigrant sentiment in these countries.
