Know they're Australian and not soft cock Brits but sort of makes you proud and a good news story even covered on the Jeremy Whine show today (by Victoria Derbyshire but hey ...)

Doesnt seem covered in much blood etc.
I take your an arable farmer?
That bright yellow colour is birthing fluid on a white calf. (Don't think I can spell amniotic :bag: ) the yellow colour is from the distress the calf was in. Normal fluid is clear and gets yellower the more distressed the calf is.

Calved many many cows when we were dairy, in fact only every called a vet to assist once all the years I was doing it. I was referring to the bride not the calf the other two have wet armand some on their clothes, the bride looks squeaky clean

Heard her interviewed on the radio. She had neighbouring dairy farmers watching the cow to be safe, and heard they were calving her, so went round and she was just calved. Sounds a little #instagram to me.

Yeah I heard her being interviewed too but I think the point is that even though it was her wedding, she was happy to leave her guests to check on the calf and mother.

It’s the dedication to the job that tends to separate farmers from other careers
