Well that may be but I don't want any of my posts on Facebook so does he have a right to do copy them

TTF own the content so yes it can be used on Facebook or Twitter as has been the case for years

I don't see any difference between content being on Facebook, Twitter or a forum as it's all in the public domain

However if you have a specific objection then we won't use any thread you start

Hate to break it to you but this place is not private

Anything you put on here you should assume is available to the world to see

Maybe you should read the terms and conditions of the websites ?

Content gets spread around the web all the time, members here do it when they post links or pictures from elsewhere (often from Facebook ot twitter)

Nothing unusual about. TFF when you post on Facebook or twitter you no longer have control of content so I would suggest if you want to keep something private then DON'T post it on the internet !

Exactly better to ask first.

We did ask first - when you became a member of TFF

You ticked a box to say you accepted the site terms just as you did for Twitter, Facebook or any other website you are a member of

I will ask Carole and Andy to not use threads you start on Twitter or FB however now I know you have an issue with it

To be fair, I rarely use threads from here on our twitter feed, unless they are commercial, PR or Job adverts and the like.
I do use members pictures and have always done so, I dont think I have had a complaint in the way they are used, it promotes UK Ag at its best, and members are proud of their stock, or views from their farm or crops.

I am always cautious and keep in mind if I think individual farms may be identified, and would not use those.

If I have offended anyone with use of a photograph in this way, then I apologise, it was never my intention.

@llamedos

I wouldn't say it was directed at you at all. In fact, whenever you have used or re-Tweeted any of my created material either here , on TFF Twitter or wherever, you've gone out of your way to not only credit me / my Company / my friends / whatever but you always use thoughtful hashtags and tag others in.

I still cannot get the hang of Twitter but I suppose it's a necessary evil for work stuff and I'm always grateful for your insight in to tagging and condensing so much in to 140 characters.

You should subcontract to the Big Donald !

I am always happy to help anyone promote their brand on twitter, especially our members who have their own on farm sales, farm stays and the like.

Our following isnt massive compared to some, but we have just over 18.5k followers, if you are a member here and need any help, just pm me, or tag @TheFarmingForum if you are on twitter and want a bit of a boost.
Just make yourself known to me. I will try my best to help you to promote your produce.
If I do not follow you, just drop me a pm, there may only be 140 characters available, but a picture really is worth a 1000.

One thing I will not do, under any circumstance is promote bad language used in rants against another company or issue, use bad language and you are blocked.
