Throttle pedal JCB 536-60

Has anyone replaced the throttle pedal on a 536-60? I have a throttle position sensor fault, and the pedal sticking with the throttle partially open. Have tried freeing it off, but it just keeps happening.
I assumed the cap head bolts holding it to the floor were in to captive bolts, but they are turning and not coming loose, so assume they must have nuts on the other side, but can't work out how to get to them. Was wondering if I could jack the cab up on the step side to get at them?
Any pointers gratefully received.

If you look on the JCB parts website you should be able to see if they’re captive or not.
