Thru bolts or Thunder bolts

Whats the pros cons of each? Seems to be more thunder bolts being sold nowadays. Have to drill a hole for both, so for bolting a frame down to a concrete pad which one would you use?

Thunder bolts are great for wall anchorage but I think for bolting a plate down ,Ide go for the raw bolt or even resin anchors

Resins. No doubt at all. You cannot get thunderbolts above M12, to my knowledge.

will use a though bolt for light duty jobs
use resin bigger jobs

Thru bolts every time in concrete for us very cheap and very good

I only use thunderbolts where I am not too worried if they come loose.
