Should there be a thumbs down symbol in the response? ( report/like/quote etc) It might be helpful to show disapproval to a comment without getting into a long drawn out dialogue/argument

Ok, although I'm certainly seeing negativity already on certain threads. Probably too easy/lazy to click on a thumbs down symbol anyway. I may have to comment more then, or carry on fuming/iqnoring
we considered this and it was discussed but it can lead to negativity or even worse bullying which we don’t really want here
the sort of organisations that don't like straight talk out in the open for all to see but would rather fix it all up behind closed doors with their matesPeople wonder why some organisations give forums a wide berth!
I am afraid it is alive and rife amongst certain members.
They continue even after being warned.

You only have to get involved with some organisations a small amount to see that they wouldn't survive in this sort of environment, all nods a winks and sort it out before the meeting starts then a five minute meeting then off to the pub, no hope for "the wrong" viewpoint to be heard. Its quite funny when its an organisation that doesn't really matter but rather disappointing when its one that does.I think that the thing with social media- Its all just more public and out in the open, this can be a good and a bad thing but IMO more good than bad
some people are better at acceptance that others have different opinions than their own though and that is ok
No problem with difference of opinions. I post my personal opinion not any organisation or company's.what happens online is a reflection of things that happen in the real world, there is bad feeling and even bullying in all sorts of membership groups and communities I'm sure
Generally speaking, most people behave well though, differences in opinion are ok, to be encouraged in fact, bullying, trolling, etc are not however

I have issues as you rightly say of bullying, trolling and personal attacks. Some have gone as far as to name me. Which is also against the rules I believe?
As you can see certain people are following me around the forum to try and get a bite.
The way you often treat others and stalk them don’t you just for a second think maybe it’s karma?????????????????????
The bully so often is you “Sid” but yet your crying wolf when cornered by truth and questions you haven’t answered and side stepped and avoided and if it happens the other way around you tear the offender to ribbons as you have done with so many others here including @Clive ,@Henarar , @gone up the hill , and many more including myself . Please ,please for goodness sake learn to walk away instead of keeping on at others as it’s not enjoyable when it’s turned back at you is it????????????
If you need to win, win , win go and play Mortal Combat or the likes rather than constantly ripping into other souls and then running to moderators as it’s not going your way.
TFF can be a really enjoyable experience but at times it can be horrid and when horrid Iknow who’s behind it. The debates are good but constant attacks are not
