Snow again affecting high ground but also a few snow and hail showers at low levels too. far southwest of Wales and Cornwall the Isles of Scilly may have some wintry showers dieing out later. Brighter conditions in all other areas with good spells of sunshine - feeling cold in the fresh to strong northerly wind. Highs at 3 to 5C. 37/41F windchill will make it feel like below freezing.
