Most of the cloud will be affecting western areas through this morning and this will be giving some outbreaks of rain to southwest England, southern wales and much of southern, central and eastern Ireland. Through the later morning some breaks in the cloud will affect eastern areas of England, sunshine developing here. Rain and drizzle fade in more western areas of England and Wales too with some brighter spells. Staying cloudy and cold in the far southwest and across eastern and southern. High of 8C/46F
