The day starts off with Rain in the north and east of the UK, with hill snow in eastern Scotland. Elsewhere should become Brighter, but with a few heavy showers between sunny spells. Mild but windy. Highs of 13C/55F

Just when you think spring as arrived, and as metjeffuk gave you the heads up last Monday Farmers and Growers should be warned latest computer modling suggests the so called "beast From The East" may have one last go at us around next weekend and into the following week, at metjeffuk we will keep you updated but this could be serious news for all Farmers as we would expect heavy snow and severe frosts to return
